 We created a 3D model of this product from 2D drawings and photos.  It was then printed in multiple parts on two different types of printers.  The green internal array was on one type and the rest of the parts were on another.  This view shows the honeycomb gas flow straightener.

This model was generated from a CT scan of a client's hip. The CT data was processed into a 3D file and printed in a sandstone like material at full scale.  This is the real print, not a rendering.

This is an image from a DICOM file that contained multiple images of a damaged hip.  It was used to construct a 3D model of the customer's hip.

This 3D model was developed from CT scan data from a patient's right hip.  The model is being printed full size in a bone like material. It will be used to educate the patient and consult with doctors.

Created from a Sonar derived point cloud and 3D printed. This is a model of a 900 foot tall  by 300 ft storage cavern hollowed out of a salt dome along the Texas coast.  The model was printed in ceramic for presentation to a client.

This project was designed for a gallery which produces collectibles. This was modeled based on photos of a real watch.  The model can be printed in pieces or as a single piece. It is 10 inches at full size.

This model was 3D printed for a defense subcontractor at full scale in a photo cured resin.  The purpose of the print was to be used for Human Factors testing in a mocked up cockpit.  The client was told that the customer saved $15,000 by having access to the quickturn model. Two versions were printed one like this which was assembled with electronics and mechanical parts after painting, and a second with all detail on this face filled in.
