This model was generated from a CT scan of a client's hip. The CT data was processed into a 3D file and printed in a sandstone like material at full scale.  This is the real print, not a rendering.

This 3D model was developed from CT scan data from a patient's right hip.  The model is being printed full size in a bone like material. It will be used to educate the patient and consult with doctors.

Created from a Sonar derived point cloud and 3D printed. This is a model of a 900 foot tall  by 300 ft storage cavern hollowed out of a salt dome along the Texas coast.  The model was printed in ceramic for presentation to a client.

This project was designed for a gallery which produces collectibles. This was modeled based on photos of a real watch.  The model can be printed in pieces or as a single piece. It is 10 inches at full size.

Scaled to have 4 inch tall walls, this model consists of wall sections, desks, drawer units, work surfaces and bookcase/lateral file credenza units. 

This set up was printed in white ABS for a client making a proposal to a customer for a modular office setup using Knoll office furniture. The purpose of the models is for the end customer to be able to see the flexibility of the Knoll furniture.

Printed in White ABS, will hold a transducer and be mounted to a glass cover.

This customers products are used with downhole tools that look like this. This model was designed and printed in 3D. The internal tube was made from PVC piping to save cost.

This was a design sourced from a public repository and printed for a customer. This approach save design time and cost.

Printed in white ABS fro a client.  This was an off the shelf design that was sourced for a client so there was no design cost.

This project consisted of about 17 components that were printed and had to meet tight tolerances to fit together the assembly.  Numerous challenges were addressed and overcome during this project.

While these parts were too large to print full size, we simply divided them into subcomponents for printing.

This is a rougly 11 x 6 x 6 inch part printed in black PLA.  It is part of the animal feeder.
